We offer the MPhil and PhD on a full time or part time basis. PhD Position in Atmospheric Biogeochemistry: Bern, Switzerland: 14/02/21: Director at Associate Professor or Professor level: Cape Town, South Africa: 01/02/21: This PhD will explore the pathway and migration of PFAS compounds through waters, soils, and food webs within existing contaminated sites. This research will improveour understanding on the biogeochemistry of PFAS and make a meaningful contribution to the future remediation of PFAS contaminated sites.

Biogeochemistry The Research Group of Biogeochemistry (in forest and nature under change) study the cycles of water, carbon, nitrogen, phosphorus and other elements in terrestrial ecosystems.

Biogeochemistry - Ph.D. (Dual-title) Biogeochemistry is an interdisciplinary field that fuses biology, geosciences, and chemistry to better understand processes in nature.

This PhD project aims to investigate nitrogen isotope fractionation in living diatoms during growth in the natural environment and in laboratory cultures. The goal is to determine relationships among the N isotope composition of the nitrate in the water, the diatom biomass and diatom shell-bound N. PhD students will pursue their own individual projects, but within a larger interdisciplinary context. The PhD students will have the benefit of working together in a larger collaborative group, with joint sampling campaigns and experimental work at Tvärminne Zoological Station and be supported and co-supervised by a team of experienced, senior scientists representing different science I approve that Universitypositions might send me information about similar positions which matches my field of experience.

The Geology & Geochemistry (G&G) research group of the Department of Earth Sciences, Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam invites online applications from experienced researcher for filling up the research position in archaeological and forensic isotope biogeochemistry.

13th IBP PhD Congress on April 9th 2021 The IBP PhD congress is a unique platform for doctoral students of our institute to present and share their research work, to build network, and to interact among each other outside the normal day-to-day environment. Guest / stipend program at the Max Planck Institute for Biogeochemistry The Max-Planck Institute for Biogeochemistry (MPI-BGC) is eager to support scientific progress in the field of biogeochemistry by temporarily hosting a restricted number of highly-qualified junior researchers on the PhD researchers level and postdoctoral level, termed guest PhD researchers or guest PostDocs.

Soils and Biogeochemistry focuses on the study of physical, chemical and biological processes in the diverse soils of a variety of landforms and ecosystems. Geochemistry & Biogeochemistry. ASU has a strong history in connecting chemistry, biochemistry and geology. Our students are studying the materials chemistry of the geosphere, and exploring new ways of performing chemical reactions inspired by geology, and how chemistry, biology and geology sustain life on earth, and possibly beyond.
